A1 Ace Taxis Barnsley - 01226 200000 More commonly known as just A1 Taxis, they operate form a base off Lambra Road road. Not the biggest of taxi firms and run by a small group of owners. Visitors to this site seem to contact us with complainst about issues such as punctuality and costs. A1 have a very strange way of charging where they charge you for a journey that you may not be in the vehicle for and may not have ever taken place. We are assured by Barnsley Council that this is not seen as fraud and tell our visitors that there is nothing we can do other than highlight their concerns. |

Blue Line Taxis, Barnsley - 01226 244444 Blue Line Taxis are base in Peel street Barnsley and operate around the town centre. Blue line have taken a turn for the worse in the last few months with the introduction of a super hitech call system that prevents it's drivers from talking to their base. Unfortunately the system sometimes collapses and prevents caller from ordering taxis from Blue Line. |
